In the case above, we had to completely gut the top part of the house and start anew since the mildew and rot had gotten so bad from lack of upkeep and taking a beating from Lubbock wind and dust storms for years. It was bad, to say the least. Luckily, we had some assistance from a local group that was able to get access to some top quality shingles as part of our charity roof. We were quite pleased with the final result, as was the homeowner.

The location of this roof replacement job (West Lubbock area) can be found below, it was located just inside the Loop off 114 in that historic neighborhood. We have kept the exact address private at the request of the client. The space is located near Groves Branch Library and is a bit of a trek for anyone driving to and from Texas Tech University on a daily basis. We enjoyed spending time at this area and acquired many of our materials from the local Wal-Mart.
