"Ruddy’s Roofing replaced our entire roof in March 2019. My wife and I were very happy with the way the whole project went, and are pleased with our new roof. Working directly with the owner of the company is rare these days, but it sure did make for better communication and scheduling throughout the process.

Ruddy and his son Jake were very thorough in examining our large shingle roof, which is complex and has several different slopes, and Ruddy determined exactly what was required to make the roof water-tight. His bid was very reasonable, and he didn’t push any unnecessary options. We didn’t pay him until the job was finished, and he didn’t add any extra charges to the original price.

A large crew showed up early in the morning on the appointed day. They worked fast but did a first-class job. My hat’s off to them for their professional work. The installation quality is easy to see when we look at our new roof. 

Ruddy and/or Jake were there for the whole job, supervising and keeping things cleaned up. If you’ve ever had a roof replaced, you know how much of a mess it can make. Ruddy’s worked hard to minimize the mess. Before the work started, they laid down tarps around the perimeter of our house and protected the AC compressor from falling debris. During the job, they picked up loose pieces of shingles that had missed the tarps and ran magnets around the yard to pick up loose nails.

"After considering several of the many roofing companies in the area, my wife and I hired Ruddys Roofing to replace the roofs on our two South Austin rentals. Our decision was based on excellent reviews and we soon discovered that they were all warranted. When my wife and I called, Ruddy immediately responded in comparison to the other companies that were very slow in returning calls. These guys are fast and do high-end work. As the replacements were a result of the recent hail storms.in the Austin area, Ruddy proved that he is a master in dealing with insurance companies. He was able to get an additional $2,285.00 which allowed us to replace the roofs with additional upgrades not in the original roofs. The roofs look great with the HD GAF shingles and ridge vents.
